Mystified, ever experimenting and innovating, has created a collection of drone-ambient works derived entirely from trombone sounds.

"For each of these 5 pieces I played a long note on the trombone, trying hard to get a good tone, and holding the note as long as I could. I then processed the notes. The software I used had a "randomize" feature, and I used that a lot for the processing. Each song you hear is a single note on a real trombone processed randomly, then re-composed in an editing program." -- Thomas Park

Great organic drones! The acoustic trombone tones seem to have been a very inspiring sound source for the composer
